2012

The chairman of Nike once said that you can only be a true market leader when you no longer resemble your competitors.
With this in mind Penyards do not exist in order merely to duplicate what is already out there. Whether it is an existing office in the heart of Hampshire or one of our new offices in the New Forest we will continue to strive to be the ‘alternative’ country agent, a badge that we are very proud to wear. We are by design entirely different from our main stream, conventional and traditional competitors. We act as a business first and an estate agent second. Our commercial awareness and business acumen we believe set us aside in our knowledge and expertise in matters that effect housing market activity. Given the ever changing trends under this ‘new’ global economy it is paramount that every element of trading patterns is addressed when setting out a game plan for disposing of a principal asset.
What you can expect from Penyards in 2012 is more change, more diversity and a different style and culture and a philosophy that makes success as opposed for waiting for success to happen. The character and recent history of Penyards has been fashioned on growth, expansion and opportunity that extends way beyond local boundaries as with the extended organization that emerges this year we will cover 400 square miles of Hampshire.
We are marketers not sales people. We are deal makers and solutionists and we play to win. Our expertise is portrayed in so many ways way beyond the reach and capabilities of our competitors.
By the end of 2012 our objective is to have 10 offices. The existing five in central southern Hampshire, our main city office in Winchester, our town office in Romsey, test valley office in Stockbridge, Meon Valley office in Bishops Waltham and Solent office in Titchfield serving both coast and countryside. In addition to our Lyndhurst office in the New Forest National Park we have two additions Brockenhurst opening on 23rd January and Burley following soon after with other key and strategic locations to be added in the summer. Having fulfilled this objective we will be in the top 50 largest estate agents in the UK.
We will constantly change and develop new innovations and new initiatives to provide greater opportunity for our clients and we are eager and enthusiastic to demonstrate this to house buyers and sellers across our region.
